I don't have a magic wand or silver bullet.
I do have 50 years of ministry experience.
I bring a listening ear and a prayerful heart to help you where I can, to revitalize and refocus your church for growth. I offer a wealth of ministry ideas borne from hard-won experience and God's provision. I do not seek to be a tornado that mixes everything up and hope it falls back to the ground in order. Instead, I try to be a gentle wind that moves you to action to help your church.

I began my career in ministry in Mishawaka, Indiana in 1970.
In 1974, I moved to Angola, Indiana to be pastor at Fairview Missionary Church, where I remained as lead pastor for more than 40 years. I led five building programs and learned how to keep a church on a steady trajectory of growth through God's grace.
After six years as caring pastor at Fairview, I semi-retired and moved to the South Bend, Indiana area to be near my two kids and seven grandkids. I am currently part-time assistant pastor at Beulah Missionary Church in Goshen, Indiana.
"After years of successful ministry, Norm Fuller is more than capable of helping other pastors and churches navigate the difficulties of today. His personal experience in the areas of leadership development, long-term numerical growth, church staffing, building programs, and pastoral longevity, enable him to provide helpful insight to both pastors and congregations."
John Gegory, district superintendent, Missionary Church North Central District
"Pastor Norm has the ability to walk into a situation and see right away what needs to be done. He anticipates the questions that will come up and is prepared with answers and information to help the others see the best path forward. His communication skills and love for people enable him to bring people together to find the best solutions, allowing them to feel like they were a part of the process."
Michelle Bruns, secretary, Fairview Missionary Church
"Based on Pastor Norm's 40-plus years of humble leadership, Fairview Missionary Church experienced exponential growth. I unreservedly recommend him to any church looking for a man of vision and character."
